SINCLAIR Series 1000 Diverter Gate Valves are available in single blade/two-way configurations, single-offset designs, and double-blade/three-way styles. Our gate valves are guaranteed to mate to our conveying components, offering you a smooth flow of product throughout the plant.
SINCLAIR also offers the unique Series 1000-BV2 Bucket Valve Diverter for those applications where material build-up on the internal walls of the diverter causes actuation problems. The internal bucket-wing blade routes the product positively from leg to leg, and the product never touches the internal walls.
The SINCLAIR Series 1100 Cam-Roller Slide Gate Valve is the premium live-roller supported valve on todays market. Because the gate blade operates over a live bed of precision rollers rather than through a mechanical slide pathway, most causes of gate jamming are eliminated.
We offer these gates activated by chain or hand wheels, pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders and either rotary or linear electric actuators. Dust enclosures, product return chutes, square-to-round transition spools, safety instrumentation and control enclosures are all available from SINCLAIR.

SINCLAIR can also furnish our Series 900 Cylindrical or Square Surge Bins and Storage Hoppers as a part of our "sole source" philosophy. Bins and hoppers are available in carbon and stainless steels, as well as abrasion-resistant alloys, and in standard sizes from 1.5 to 300 cubic feet live capacity.
All fabrication is done with heavy steel construction and seal welding is standard. Accessory devices including bin level indicators, feed devices, ladders and platforms, bin vents and flow aids are available. Internal and external surfaces are custom finished to your specifications.
Our years of experience in the design of bulk material handling equipment and conveying systems guarantees you a high quality, low cost solution to intermediate storage problems.
Standard sizes in these hoppers ranges from 2 to 6 foot diameter, with live capacities up to 300 cubic feet. Excellent material flow and withdrawal capabilities are standard with our 60 degree discharge bottoms.

The 100-LBB is normally designed to provide either mass-flow or sequential withdrawal from large openings. SINCLAIR can include single or multiple variable speed drive modules in AC, DC or Eddy Current configurations. Heavy duty thrust bearing assemblies and shaft seals are standard. Materials of construction can be carbon, abrasion-resistant or stainless steels.
The discharge of the 100-LBB can be mated to a SINCLAIR conveyor system to transport the metered product throughout the process.
