Model SC1250 Model SC 1250 is the most compact of the Whisper Loader family. It's size and capacity make it ideal for the smaller molding and extruding machines.		Model SC1500 Model SC 1500 is the most flexible unit in the WHISPER Loader family. Its size offers the most versatility, and is available in a variety of models including power receivers, proportional loading, vibra-pulse, and InterBlend. The Model SC1500 includes, as a standard, a remote mounted electrical control panel and twelve (12) feet of electrical connector cables.
Model SC1750 Model SC1750 is the powerhouse of the WHISPER Loader line. It has the largest motor conveying capacity, making this loader ideal for larger molding and extruding machines.		Remote Control Panel Remote mounted electrical control panels are standard on Models SC1500 and SC1750, and is optional on the SC1250.

Powder Receivers

Pneumatic Conveying, Inc. Powder Receivers are constructed from spun aluminum, stainless steel, or carbon steel. Abrasion resistant designs are available on request.

Every Pneumatic Conveying, Inc. receiver is complete with continuous automatic pulse jet cleaning. On a timed cycle, a burst of compressed air is directed down through the top of the cartridge filter. This induces clean air flow into the filter, setting up a pneumatic shockwave inside the element. The filtered air flow is momentarily flexed, causing accumulated dust particles to drop from between the pleats into the hopper. Since only one row of filter elements is cleaned at a time, there is no interruption of air flow through the system.

Each Blower Package is individually designed to provide the proper cubic feet per minute of airflow to convey a specific material. Every application is analyzed and modeled on our computers to enable the correct power source to be recommended.

 

3, 5, and 7.5 HP Blower Packages Pneumatic Conveying, Inc.'s Positive Displacement Blower Packages are the most efficient vacuum source, and have the lowest maintenance of any power source available.

Static Blower Protection Filters Static filters are used when the primary filtration is incorporated into each of the powder receivers. Static protection filters are furnished with one (1) to three (3) filters. Standard filter enclosures are constructed from aluminum and feature an easy open cover for quick filter removal and replacement.

Self-Cleaning Central Filters Self-cleaning Central Filters offer the ultimate blower protection. Self-cleaning central filters are used when receivers do not include primary filtration (such as pellet receiver) or when the material being conveyed is of a nature that could be hazardous if it escaped from the system. Central filters are chosen from requirements of three, four, or seven pleated polyester filter cartridges. Each central filter includes automatic pulse filter cartridge cleaning, self-dumping receiver, standard wall or floor mounting bracket, and a dust retainer skirt.
